I've spent my career designing how adults learn, including work as university faculty and directing professional learning at a large public university. My experience spans program development, strategy, and partnerships across higher education, K–12 systems, and nonprofits.

I also build and run businesses in the Phoenix area. Testing an offer, finding customers, making the numbers work, and responding when a plan changes are part of my work, too.

I have two adult children, and I've watched how much people starting out are expected to figure out on their own. NextReady makes room to learn the business fundamentals and people skills behind building something of your own, one practical step at a time.

There is room to ask questions, change your mind, and try again. The goal is to strengthen your judgment and capability, not make you dependent on a coach.
