Terms of enrollment
Clear terms for a $39 workshop. The short version sits next to the registration form on the workshop page; this is the whole thing.
These terms govern enrollment in NextReady Studio live online workshops, offered by GMW Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as NextReady Studio ("NextReady," "I," "we"). Completing payment means you agree to them.
NextReady Studio sells four things. These terms cover all of them, and where a rule applies to only one, it says so.

Numbers of participants are a limit, not a promise. Running a team workshop for more than 30 people is possible but has to be agreed in writing before the date, and may change the price.
All prices are in US dollars and are due in full at purchase, unless we have agreed an invoice in writing. Payment is processed by my payment provider, which accepts card and bank transfer. I never see or store your card details.
Your purchase is charged, and your receipt and card statement will read, GMW Group LLC — the Arizona company that operates NextReady Studio. That is expected and is not a duplicate or unfamiliar charge.
Paying is not the same as being scheduled. After payment you land on a short form where you choose your date, or send me the dates and times that would work. Your seat or session is confirmed when you receive my confirmation email, normally within one business day.
The session link goes to the email you register with, at least 24 hours before. Please give me a working address and check your spam folder.
Workshops run with a minimum of five registrants. If the minimum isn't met, or I cancel or reschedule for any reason, you choose a later session or a full refund. I may make minor changes to timing, platform, or content; anything material I will tell you in advance.
The window depends on what you bought, because the further ahead something is booked the more it costs me to hold the date.

Once a session has begun there is no refund, and there are no partial refunds for partial attendance. You keep all materials either way.
To request a refund or a new date, email hello@nextready.studio or call 480.371.9314. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
Beyond all of this: if something has gone wrong, or the timing has fallen apart, or the price has become the problem, tell me before you write it off. I would rather find a way to make it work for you than hold you to a paragraph.
The free session. One 20-minute individual session comes with every $39 seat, yours to schedule within 90 days of your workshop. Not using it doesn't entitle you to a refund or credit.
Paid sessions. A $45 session runs 40 minutes by video or phone. Written notes and next steps follow within two business days. If I have to move a session, you get the choice of a new time or a full refund.
Coaching is coaching. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. What you tell me stays between us, except where section 14 says otherwise. If you buy sessions for someone who works for you, I will confirm the booking with you, but I will not report back on what they said.
I record instructional segments only. Practice conversations and breakout rooms are not recorded, and I will say so before any recording begins. By attending you consent to being recorded during instructional segments, used for my own quality review and facilitator development. I will not use your image, name, voice, or likeness publicly or in marketing without your separate written permission. You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of the session.
The workbook, coach or manager guide, follow-up activities, slides, and resource list are the property of GMW Group LLC, licensed to you personally and non-exclusively for your own use. You are welcome to share the coach guide with the person supporting you. Beyond that, please don't copy, resell, publish, or use the materials to teach or facilitate for others, paid or unpaid, without written permission.
Show up on time, take part, treat people decently. I may remove anyone whose conduct is harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or persistently disruptive. Removal for conduct doesn't entitle you to a refund.
This is educational. I make no representation or guarantee regarding income, sales, promotion, employment, relationships, or any other outcome. Content draws on published research and practitioner frameworks and is offered for professional development. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from or relating to a workshop is limited to the amount you paid. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your connection, device, and audio are your responsibility. If a failure on my end materially prevents the session from running, section 4 applies.
Email hello@nextready.studio at least five business days ahead for any accommodation and I will make reasonable arrangements.
I collect your name and email. They are used to deliver the workshop and materials and to send NextReady updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; transactional email about a session you are enrolled in still comes through. I don't sell your information. See the privacy policy.
Arizona law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
I may update these terms. The version in effect when you register governs your purchase.
