For teams · on site in Phoenix

Train the people who face your customers.

Ninety minutes, on your floor, at a time that fits your shift schedule. Your team practises one skill out loud and leaves with it written down. Then I follow up, because that is the part that makes it hold.

The problem you already know about

You have people who are good with customers and people who are not yet. The difference costs you: the table that doesn't come back, the sale that goes quiet, the review that mentions one bad interaction. You know a little training would help. What you don't have is a week to lose, a training budget with a spare zero on it, or the patience for a consultant who has never worked a shift.

So this is built the other way round. One skill. Ninety minutes. On your site, around your schedule. A small investment in your people that shows up on the floor the next day.

Three workshops

Pick one, or run all three.

Each one stands alone. Run together over about six weeks, they build on each other.

01

Good With People

The foundation. How to read the person in front of you, respond to what they really need, and recover when something goes wrong.

  • Reading the customer in the first ten seconds
  • What to say when someone is unhappy
  • Practising the recovery out loud

02

Moments That Stick

The small, repeatable moments that make people come back and tell someone else. Being good with people tends to bring customers back — this is how you make that deliberate instead of accidental.

  • Where the memorable moment really sits in a visit
  • Designing one moment your team can repeat every shift
  • Handing it over so it survives without you

03

Daily Influence in Practice

The honest mechanics of persuasion — how to guide a decision without pressure, for teams who sell, upsell or advise.

  • Why pressure backfires and what replaces it
  • Asking in a way people say yes to
  • Rehearsing the ask before the shift

What you get

Every workshop includes all of it.

  • Ninety minutes on site for 4–30 people, led in person by me.
  • A printed action card for every person, filled in during the session in their own words — not a slide deck emailed afterwards.
  • A two-week practice challenge so the skill gets used three times while it is still fresh.
  • A ten-minute check-in with you at two weeks, to see what stuck and what needs another pass.
  • All materials and facilitation. Nothing else to buy.

Scheduling

Before opening, between rushes, after close, split across two shifts so nobody misses a service — I will work around your operation. Tell me the window that hurts least and I will make it happen. Phoenix and the surrounding area; elsewhere in Arizona by request.

Investment

$297 for one workshop. $797 for all three. That covers facilitation, every person's materials, the practice challenge and the follow-up check-in. If the price is the thing standing in the way, say so — I would rather find a way to make it work for your business than lose the chance to help your team.

Want to see the quality before you commit? Ask for the free preview page — one framework and one exercise from a real workshop — or book a fifteen-minute call and I will walk you through exactly how the ninety minutes runs.
